1.1 Education: MSc/BSc Degree in Civil/Water Engineering/ Related Fields
1.2 Experiences: 8/10 Years Direct Experience (3-5 years as Manager) in Construction Sector
1.3 Special Skills Required: Computer Skills (Ms. Word, Excel, PPT & Engineering Software
Applications, Internet) and Leadership Skills (Majority Support Styles)
1.4 Salary: Net Monthly Salary: ETB 15,000-25,000/Negotiable based on Past Salary History/
1.5 Job Grade: 17-19 (Based on his/her past Position & Experience History)
1.6 Working Area: A.A, Head Office (Gerji, Around Emperial)
1.7 Transport: Car with 180 Litter fuel per month
1.8 Phone Allowance: 600 minutes and 6GB free per month

1.12.3 Planning Construction Division Contingency Budgets
1.12.4 Preparing CD-Staffs Delegation Strategies and Procedures
1.12.5 Developing CD-Powers & Authorities Consumptions Methods/Strategies
1.12.6 Identify CD-Dep’t Managers Roles and assigning duties for each
1.12.7 Identify CD-Risks and their Management Methods
1.12.8 Identify and decide of CD-Dep’t Span Management
1.12.9 Manage CD-Staffs Conflicts/stresses/Informal Groups in the company
1.12.10Motivate CD-Employee Strategically
1.12.11Make sense/good relationships b/n CD-Experts and Management
1.12.12Use Management by Objectives/Exceptions (MBO/MBE) with CD-Staffs
